You wake up one morning and decide to change the way of organizing your house. But after looking around and make a quick inspection on all the room, you just sit down and cancel your plan. Do you face this situation before?

Dividers helps to separate the contents by categories and make everything visual. This way you know exactly what’s inside your drawer. There are many types of drawer dividers in the market, you can choose fixed, removable dividers and even adjustable compartment divider.

Adjustable divider are more multipurpose and easily used too. But this is not my choice because it’s do not really look neat and I prefer sturdier divider. I prefer to use removable divider which you can take the divider out and change it at anytime.

Out of sight temporary storage with hook behind any close door. Your door room, cabinet room, Trouser, Coats, towels, clothes. If you are living in rented house, over the door hooks are the best option to avoid leaving mark on the wall behind the door. No drilling required and you can move it anywhere you like in the future when you need to redecorate or makeover your room. You can also hang it behind the kitchen cabinet door to keep utensils and many more creative ways. I have seen the latest hooks designed to be attach to the hinges of your doors. It’s so brilliant ideas I guess.

 

3. Re layout Your Room and Rearrange Furniture

It’s a healthy habit to change position of your furniture and re-layout the room every 6 months or every year. You give new view of the room, refresh your mind and you get a new makeover for the room. New layout of the room create more spaces to the room. You can easily organize items and create more suitable storage.

It’s also an opportunity to cleans all the accumulated dust, dirt and debris under cabinets’, drawers and beds. My first question why I learned about organization was, why I need to label my stuffs when I am the only one use it, and I supposed to know where I put my things. That is why it took me so long to start doing this simple solutions to cluttering things.

Later I learned that, label not only useful for other family members but also to disciplined yourself. The basic law of organization is you put some groups together and that is why you need label to categories things. Label helps everyone in the house know exactly where everything and it’s also create a good system of storing your stuffs.

Choose right labels or stickers according to your storing needs. They need to read in a glance, durable and it’s matching with your room decors. After labeling your containers, drawers and boxes, you have tackle messy room and making it neat and organized.

5. Create Extra Storage
